Thank you for visiting my writing blog!
One day when I was about 12 years old, I read a book that made me cry. It made me realise how powerful words can be, and it inspired me to write my own stories. Over the years my passion for writing developed, and became almost a little bit of a spiritual practice involving deep reflection on myself and the world around me. Often, as I write, I suddenly realise something about myself that I didn’t know before. This is why I say “writing helps me find myself”.
Other than that, what else is there to know about me? I am a musician – a pianist, harpist and also I love to sing. In 2019 I joined my two loves of writing and music and wrote an album titled “Girl in the Mirror”. It is available on Spotify right here. I wrote all the music and lyrics, and am the only performer featured on the album. (Yes, there was a reason I wanted this to be a solo project).
In my spare time, I do a bit of modelling. I got into it because I wanted to honour my body and beauty, to feel good in my own skin and to gain confidence. Probably what I like most about it though is that it’s just an excuse to look glamorous once in a while 😛
